Valentines…

… could be a wonderful day, only it’s so commercialised! Ugh.

This year my boyfriend and I decided it would be the last year. One last time we would allow ourselves to bow to the ridiculous obligation of surprising one another with an especially thoughtful (most likely pinkish coloured) item to represent (and preferably shout loudly) our love for another.

How do you lead?

For a University Assignment we had to create a Leadership Guide, drawing from both personal experiences and theory. It was really interesting to see how Leadership styles and the understanding of it changed over the years and how it seems like no one is really sure that their approach is truly the right one.
